Deputy Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen has announced that the Montana Secretary of State’s Office will waive the late filing fee for businesses until July 15, 2020, in response to the emergency order related to the Coronavirus. Businesses can file their 2020 Annual Reports online at sosmt.gov.
“We will continue our mission to help commerce thrive and promote democracy by serving our business community without any major interruptions or penalties for late filing of business annual reports,” Jacobsen said. “Our online services are easy to use and available 24/7.”
