Cat Castles construction class

Does your cat deserve a castle? Most cat lovers agree, we’d go to any length to support our furry friends. The North Valley Public Library is taking a page from the Missoula library and hosting their own Cat Castle Construction on Saturday, February 29 at 10 a.m. Come build multi-tiered spires out of stockpiled cardboard.
Build stacked levels, cut windows for kitty to watch the world, create scratching posts and add a cover with colorful wrapping paper. This event broadens creativity and collaboration to build your cardboard towers. From young adult to grandparents, all are invited to give their kitty a home fit for a king or queen.
The library will have all the necessary elements including sharp box cutters, super strong tape, wrapping paper and sisal rope, so bring gloves to wear! Cats love to scratch on the cardboard so it won’t last forever, but then you can build another with the skills you learn at the Cat Castle Construction workshop.
