Back Country Horsemen

Bitter Root Back Country Horsemen host their monthly meeting on Thursday, January 16 at the Corvallis School Cafeteria on Eastside Highway in Corvallis. Potluck dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. and the general meeting starts at 7 p.m. Guest speaker will be James Jonkel, FWP’s bear specialist, who will present a program on grizzly bears in the Bitterroot Valley and dispel any rumors about grizzlies that have been circulating. Dates for the 2020 trail projects will be presented, along with updates on the 2020 Back Country Horsemen state convention that the chapter is hosting in March. Guests and new members are welcome.
