Fermenting Class

Join Daniel Ray at the North Valley Public Library for an introductory course on fermentation, Thursday, September 26 at 6 p.m. This presentation will cover tools and supplies, costs, and method of fermenting just about anything! Check out some of the fermentation books available at the Library and explore the available online resources that will help you in your home fermenting adventures. Participants will gain hands on experience making sauerkraut and kombucha during this class. North Valley Public Library is located at 208 Main Street, Stevensville.
