We would like to take this opportunity to say a well deserved “thank you” to Gene Mim Mack, Bill Perrin, and Tim Hunter. We appreciate the time and effort that you gave to our Stevensville community, serving as mayor and town council members.
Gene became mayor at a time when our community was facing many problems and he was there to guide us in the right direction. It was outstanding to see Gene very visible throughout the community and highly involved in every activity that makes Stevensville so special. We appreciate Gene tackling the complicated water/sewer issues and helping us move forward while also seeing that our town books are in order.
We appreciate Bill for adding his banking knowledge and giving so much time to the tasks at hand. We are thankful for Tim’s positive vision and always working for the interest of the people and the Stevensville community.
We welcome the new playground and skate park that the three of you supported during your tenure that our children and grandchildren will enjoy for years. Our community will continue to thrive through the work of the Main Street Association which you so positively worked with while in office. You were certainly there for all of us!
Hopefully, the new council members take your lead and will be as hard working, thoughtful, civil, studious, and respectful and have the good of the community at heart just as the three of you have during your service on the council.
