Wow. To learn that I am a liar, and that I miss informed people on the ditch really hurts. I was trying to do what I felt and still do feel is for the best of the water users. Some stated that the ditch owns the line and must therefore maintain it. Since when do you pay for something and some one else owns it. The original contract signed in 1979 was superceded by a contract signed on September 29, 1983. You say I don’t have my facts straight, why not attend a board meeting and get the facts. Also remember, Mr. Rokosch was a county commissioner that helped put this county into some great lawsuits that we are now paying for.
