The Corvallis, Hamilton, and Stevensville boys and girls golf teams competed alongside nine other schools in the 2026 Hamilton Invite at the Hamilton Golf Club on Saturday, Sept. 19.
Hamilton’s Cameron Burnett continued her solid play and won the girls individual title by shooting a 73 (+1). On the boys side, Corvallis teammates Tanner Sorensen and Dylan Wirt shot matching 73s (+1) to tie for first place.
In the boys team standings, the Corvallis team of Dylan Wirt (+1), Tanner Sorensen (+1), Sage Fisher (+14), and Jace Sacks (+18) took 4th. The Hamilton team of Crimson Beyer (+10), Sawyer Dowd (+11), Easton Wilcox (+11), and Treyden Weber (+13) took 5th. The Stevensville team of Kaden Wyant (+14), James Muir (+17), Jack Conrad (+19), and Jackson Guenzler (+24) took 9th.
In the girls team standings, the Hamilton team of Cameron Burnett (+1), Haley Weber (+22), Ellie Hattlestad (+32), and Isabella Lawson (+48) took 3rd. The Corvallis team of Coco Wheeler (+26), Kirsten Race (+30), Gracee Storrud (+30), and Vivian Storrud (+32) took 4th. The Stevensville girls didn’t have enough finishers to place as a team, but individually, Evelynn Driskell took 6th place (+18), Bella Raszler took 32nd (+34), and Jocelyn Lambert took 36th (+40).
The Western A Divisional Tournament is in Polson on Saturday, Sept. 26.
