Ravalli Co. BOH – variance requested, Sykes

The Ravalli County Board of Health (BOH) will conduct a Public Meeting to receive citizen comment on a variance requested by Arthur Sykes, for the Property known as 914 Fred Burr Rd., Victor, Parcel # 966110. The request is to allow Special Event Campground permitting on the Property without providing potable water, a variance from Administrative Rules of Montana 37.111.1207(1). Property description: 

IN NWNE INDEX 35, CS #671100-R, PARCEL 2A, 20.00 AC.

Information describing the variance request will be available for inspection on September 2, 2026, at the Ravalli County Environmental Health Department, in the Administrative Center, 215 S. 4th Street, Suite D, Hamilton, MT 59840. The public meeting will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room at the Administrative Center. The public may comment verbally, or in writing, at the meeting. Comments and information submitted at the public meeting will be considered in the decision on said variance request.
