Dear Jane Lambert:
I admire your loyalty, as seen in your letter to the editor (“Support for Donald Trump,” 7/23/25). But I believe your loyalty to Donald Trump is unwarranted. You say in your letter, “He makes mistakes at times.” Locking your car keys inside your car. That’s a mistake. Putting on one blue sock and one brown sock. That’s a mistake. Being best friends with a pedophile, knowing full well that he’s a pedophile, flying numerous times to your best friend’s Pedophile Fantasy Island, and possibly engaging in the abuse of underaged girls yourself? That’s not a mistake. That’s a crime. A crime punishable by prison time in this life and by the judgment of God in the next.
Birds of a feather flock together. Do you really believe that Trump, a man who was found guilty by jury trial of sexually assaulting E. Jean Carroll, a man who walked in on underage beauty contestants while they were getting undressed, a man who bragged about grabbing women by their private parts, a man who cheated on each of his three wives, most recently with a porn star shortly after his wife had given birth to their son . . . do you really believe that he went to Epstein’s island just to hang out by the pool?
I know that Fox News and other media are doing their best to convince you that there is “no there there.” But please, open your eyes. Seek out other news sources in addition to Fox News.
And use your own common sense: Who is trying to keep you from seeing the Jeffrey Epstein files (ALL of them, not just some cleaned-up version)? Donald Trump and his Republican enablers in Washington. Democrats in the House of Representatives have called for the release of all the Epstein files. The Republicans refuse to do so and have just fled Washington to avoid even voting on the issue. Like a wife who “stands by her man,” despite overwhelming evidence that her husband is abusing their daughters, the Republicans in Congress and in the Trump administration are protecting Donald Trump.
When Representative Ryan Zinke arrives back in Montana this week, we should all be asking him (if we can find him) the same question that was asked of Senator Joe McCarthy way back when: “Have you no sense of decency, sir, at long last?” The Jeffrey Epstein files must be released. And if Trump’s name is all over them, as Trump’s own Attorney General Pam Bondi told him it was back in May, then there must be an investigation into Trump’s visits to Pedophile Fantasy Island.
If you can’t find the elusive Ryan Zinke in person while he’s back here in Montana, you can leave a message by calling his Missoula office: (406) 317-0277; or his Washington office: (202) 225-5628. Ask him to vote for the release of the Epstein files and for an investigation into Trump’s relationship with Epstein.
Bill Cavanaugh says
Dana, please explain to me how the Corrupt Biden DOJ had the Epstein Files, Leaked Clinton’s name but not Trump’s? This Same DOJ that pushed a known Lie that Trump was a “Russian asset” in hopes of impeaching him. Yet somehow they had your alleged “Golden Carrot” to tie Trump to Epstein and we are supposed to believe they would not leak it? That is laughable that you are so gullible. It sounds like your media is telling you there is a there there but in fact there is nothing. Every Democrat voted to not release the files….. Yeah, that sounds like they are protecting Trump I guess……..NOT.
