Yes, Trump won the election. He is President. However, it is not correct to say he has a mandate. Trump received only approximately 32% of the approximately 239 million eligible potential voters in America. Trump did not receive any kind of mandate. We don’t yet have a clear picture of what the majority of Americans think about Trump in general. However, a variety of polls indicate Trump and his policies are rapidly losing favor with Americans.

Polls are only as good as the people taking them and the people whom they are polling. You folks are doing a lot of wishful thinking and yes he does have a mandate. He won the election by a clear majority!

1 in 4 who voted for him either regret voting for him or are disappointed in his performance. Already.
It didn’t take long for the shine to wear off.

This is the lowest 100 day approval number of any president in 80 years. The only president that had a lower number was Trump himself in 2016.
