I just wanted to share my experience as a victim of measles in the early 1960s. I was one of many unvaccinated children here in the valley. I still recall the pain and suffering. I also had mumps and chicken pox. My tonsils were removed surgically. You would think you had weathered that storm! Forty years later the measles virus raised its nasty head again. Shingles!! The pain and suffering returned. I know what my advice would be. You make up your own minds.
