Justice for all

May 7, 2024 by Guest Post

by Emma Lou Elliott, Stevensville

Have you ever read the book “The Return of the Gods” by Jonathan Cahn? In brief, Mr. Cahn does a superb job in explaining WHY our world is in such utter chaos, causing an existence where wrong is right and right is wrong.

In the book of Isaiah in verse 5:20 we are warned, “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”

Currently, this is occurring in the world in which we live, with many situations upside down and backward from what they should be.

Our students are taught little to nothing about civics and patriotism, that socialism is a better way of life.

The educational systems have espoused programs and are teaching our youth that if you desire to change gender, you have the RIGHT to do so WITHOUT regarding the desires of the parents.

People who embrace the Judeo-Christian values have been referred to as domestic terrorists.

This ought not  to be.

It is becoming more common for our citizens to be inaccurately and falsely accused or to be unjustly treated by a corrupt judicial system and government irregardless to what the law says.

It is actually happening in our town.

Last week, Wayne Rusk’s campaign manager was caught taking down and stealing political signs, breaking Montana law, which IS a citable offense.

It appears that the mayor of Stevensville, Bob Michalson, THINKS he has the power to pardon people who break the law. I wonder where he got that idea? He reasoned that he pardoned her because she is 81 years old and she is just passionate about politics.

When did it become acceptable to break the law for ANY reason?

That is a sorry excuse for a lawbreaker, as minor as some think it is.

Furthermore, he shamed the person who reported the theft to the Chief of Police and whose sign the thief stole.

The infraction seems to be election interference.

The mayor is acting rather like a dictator or a king, making up his own rules as he sees fit.

I am wondering if the mayor believes in election integrity?

Is this backward and inverted as to what it should be, or what?

The thief who was cited for stealing is certainly old enough to know better.

The person who reported the theft did do the right thing.

There are laws, and there are consequences for those who break the law.

Now, the mayor NEEDS to allow due process to take place and butt out… in my humble opinion.

I agree the alleged sign thief should have been cited, and I also agree it is not proper for the mayor to pardon due to the circumstances cited.

You know that there is a god & you know what this god wants of us? Prove it. Prove it, starting with proving that this god even exists, something that no one in the entire history of mankind has ever been able to do with even one of the thousands of gods that man has believed in, let alone your god specifically. Until you can do that, keep your imaginary friend out of our schools, laws, science and public policy. Thank you.

The bible is a reliable collection of historical documents written down by eyewitnesses during the lifetime of other eyewitnesses. They report supernatural events that took place in fulfillment of specific prophecies and claim that their writing is divine rather than human by origin.

If you don’t want to believe it no one can help you.

I don’t believe because there is no evidence to support the belief.

A Superman comic may have a story about NYC, 9/11, President Bush and America’s response to the attacks. It doesn’t mean that there was really a guy named Superman who could lift a locomotive over his head.

Likewise, the Book of Mormon is also reported (by Mormons) to be a reliable collection of historical documents written down by eyewitnesses during the lifetime of other eyewitnesses. They also report supernatural events that took place in fulfillment of specific prophecies and claim that their writing is divine rather than human by origin. If you don’t want to believe it no one can help you.

See how that works? Something isn’t automatically true just because a book says a thing.

There is more physical evidence of the resurrection of Jesus Christ than there is that Christopher Columbus discovered America. There is biblical, empirical, historical, and physical evidence to prove the authenticity of the facts contained in the books of the Bible. How about YOU prove God doesn’t exist? Many have tried and many of them are now Christians.

There is physical evidence for the resurrection of Jesus? Please, do tell, what is it?

It is not up to me to prove that your god does not exist any more than it is your burden of proof to prove that Mohamed did not fly to paradise on a magic horse. You claim that your god exists, it is your burden to prove it, something that no one in the entire history of mankind has ever been able to do for any god..

If religions could provide evidence to support their claims, they wouldn’t ask you to have faith, would they?

“The return of the gods” is a book for babies.
