Support for Dailey

April 30, 2024 by Guest Post

by Rachel Bartlett, Stevensville

I am writing this letter to explain why I am supporting Kim Dailey for Representative for District 88 in Ravalli County. Her qualifications are impeccable and her knowledge of the issues is remarkable.

First of all, her philosophy of government comes from a conservative belief in the power of the Constitution. She describes herself as “a servant of faith and family.” This is her purpose for stepping into politics. Like the framers of the Constitution, she recognizes that moral beliefs must be included in our service in the political arena. This is the kind of candidate we all dream of supporting.

Dailey’s roots run deep in Montana. Her values are our values and she will do everything she can to protect these shared values. Dailey is not a lawyer but has a background as a paralegal. She has worked in the field for 20 years. Consequently, she is prepared to serve on day one.

Unfortunately, many voters in the Bitterroot Valley are not aware of the dangerous split in the Republican Party in both the Montana State government and local government. Unfortunately, the RINO Republicans are a part of the non-conservative group which calls itself the Solutions Caucus. These politicians are influenced by the Democrats, and good bills have been struck down because these RINOs have gone along to get along. One wonders what their motivation is.

Without a doubt, we are at a crossroad in this election cycle. The question is this: will Montana keep its conservative values and ideals or will this generation witness the coming of the woke generation and destruction of all that is dear to the heart of every human being in Montana?

As voters, we have the awesome responsibility to find the truth. We need to know everything about the people we elect. With Kim Dailey, we are indeed blessed with a candidate whose integrity will be at work for us everyday. As “a servant of faith and family,” she will stand up courageously to preserve and protect our rights.

Dailey’s conservative philosophy has earned her the endorsement of Montanans for Limited Government. Her strength and commitment to the people of Montana is without question.

Keep your faith out of the country’s politics. Not everyone here is a conservative Christian.

Dailey may be a nice lady who claims she is this or that but she is NO comparison to her competitor – a “real attorney” Greg Overstreet,- who serves as the Stevensville Town Attorney, the man who gave his time and effort to help the SV high school kids win third place in the moot court competition, and he also is the announcer for the high school football games. Now that is a public servant.

In addition, he has BEEN involved in the legislative world as he helped legislators for another state write their bills. He knows what to do already and will be effective from day one. Dailey will be spending her first day just learning her way around the halls of Helena wondering “what am I supposed to do?” ,

You have a super candidate in Overstreet to be YOUR choice for HD88 who has PROVEN that he is a valuable member of the community and knows his way around the legislative world! Dailey? a paralegal who has absolutely NO legislative experience. Who will be the most effective legislator for Stevensville? I think it’s obvious. VOTE CAREFULLY – its your choice!
