The work that is being done is for the extension of water and sewer to the Hamilton Airport. Not for this proposed development. It has been in the works for at least a year that I know of. It was bid this spring and they have a small window to get the work completed before high water.

I see some of the other County residents are now vocalizing something I commented on last month. My comment never was made public.

I find it hard to believe that it’s just “proposed ” since they are already putting pipes in. What is the point of this meeting if it’s already been approved by the city !?

Proposal, I don’t think so. It is already decided. Obviously see work going ahead.

Sure would be nice to know more about this beforehand than just one sentence without having to go to a public meeting.

Disappointed in this lack of info.

Agree. Should be a link to development proposal. What is “workforce housing.”

So much for this just being a proposal. The utilities are already being put down. . I guess no need to attend, it’s already a done deal.
