Robert (Bob) Eugene Hull, 80, of Missoula, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024 at his home. Robert, son of Hiler and Wilma (Canfield) Hull, was born August 4, 1943 in Sheridan, Wyoming. He graduated from Billings West High School in 1961. He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1963 and was honorably discharged in 1967. Bob met the love of his life Patricia Farrow and the couple were united in marriage on July 7, 1973. After his military service, Bob worked at NASA, owned his own business (Montana Precision Measurements), and was the Clinical Engineering Manager at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings. He retired in 1999 from the Hospital as the Director of Materials Management.
Bob was a talented cook, woodworker, metal worker, jewelry fabricator, and knife maker. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping in his free time. He enjoyed communicating on his Ham Radio (K7EKG) and flying his Cessna 140. Bob was a loving, caring, and thoughtful husband and father. He had an inventive spirit and lived life to its fullest. Bob loved the time he spent with his family and friends, he will be dearly missed.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 50 years, Pat Hull; son, Bill Hull; brother-in-law Duke Farrow; sister-in-law Colleen (Farrow) Wright; grandchildren, Ashley, Stephanie, Chandler, and Kayla; six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
