Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural Services
Sapphire Manor, LLLP (SM) has been awarded National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) funds and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) program funds from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as administered by the Montana Department of Commerce (MDOC), and the City of Hamilton has received an allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from HUD as administered by MDOC in support of this project to acquire and rehabilitate a 60-unit senior apartment complex known as The Manor in Hamilton, Montana.
SM requests a statement of qualifications for architectural services that may include (1) preliminary design; and/or (2) final design; and/or (3) construction administration and oversight in compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements.
Section 3 business entities, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority-owned Business Enterprises, and/or Women-owned Business Enterprises (DBE/MBE/WBE) are specifically encouraged to respond.
