NOTICE OF TAX DEED AUCTION
Notice is hereby given that on November 17, 2023, the Ravalli County Treasurer will hold a public auction at 10:00 a.m. Daylight Savings Time, in the Administrative building, 3rd Floor, Commissioner meeting room, 215 S 4th Street, in the City and County of Ravalli County, State of Montana. This auction is to sell the real property with the following legal description:
Lot 18 and the North ½ of lot 17, Block 2, Pleasantvale Addition to the Town of Stevensville, Ravalli
County Montana, according to the official recorded plat thereof.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM the Northeast corner of Lot 18, described as beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 18; thence due South 20 feet; thence due West 32 feet; thence due North 20 feet; thence East 32 feet to the place of beginning.
Recording Reference: Book 145 of deeds, page 309 and Book 230 of Deeds, page 754.
The address of the property is 408 Buck St, Stevensville, MT 59870. The minimum opening bid for the property shall be $170,650.00, and a deposit of 5% of the maximum expected bid (at least $8,532.50 based on the minimum opening bid) shall be required of all bidders at the time of registration beginning at 9:00 a.m.
