NOTICE OF TAX DEED AUCTION
Notice is hereby given that on November 17, 2023, the Ravalli County Treasurer will hold a public auction at 10:00 a.m. Daylight Savings Time, in the Administrative building, 3rd Floor, Commissioner meeting room. 215 S 4th Street, in the City and County of Ravalli County, State of Montana. This auction is to sell the real property with the following legal description:
A tract of land located in and being a portion of the SW1/4 of Section 28, Township 7 North, Range 19 West, Index 21 P.M.M., Ravalli County, Montana
being more particularly described as Parcel B, Certificate of Survey No. 551183-R.
The address of the property is 2598 Soft Rock Rd., Corvallis, MT 59828. The minimum opening bid for the property shall be $123,638.50, and a deposit of 5% of the maximum expected bid (at least $6,181.95 based on the minimum opening bid) shall be required of all bidders at the time of registration beginning at 9:00 a.m.
