Green Tree Financial Corporation and any unknown persons or entities claiming or who might claim any right, title, estate or interest in or lien or encumbrance upon the personal property described as a 1977 Moduline Lamplighter mobile home, Serial #63412, in the petition for Court-ordered lien release adverse to petitioner’s ownership or any cloud upon petitioner’s title thereto on , whether such claim or possible claim be present or contingent:
