Let me please reiterate Mary and Harvey Hackett’s thank you to our wonderfully patient First Responders Rich Liddle, Dan Jones, John Pfarr, Bob Rohbock, Grant Bierer and Erica Sharp. These people were called to our house on January 24, 2023. Record time — yes!; Quick-acting — yes!; Professional manner — yes!; Explanation of each step — yes! Listening to me as I told them exactly where we were on Pine Hollow as the driver navigated each bump in the road, over the railroad track and around corners on the way to Providence St. Pat’s Emergency Room. Dr. Pierce and the night staff were equally thorough and very caring.
Our impatient patient is home now and doing well. Thank you again First Responders and St. Pat’s people. You are so appreciated by us.
