The Montana Supreme Court is the most overturned court in the country. Let me repeat, OUR Montana Supreme Court is overturned by the US Supreme Court more often than any other state. Why is that? Because we have 5 (out of 6) liberal activist judges that try to legislate from the bench. How dare they! We have elected officials who have been sent to Helena to write bills and enact laws. Yet, these activist liberal judges think they know “better than you”. You couldn’t possible be smart enough to understand these laws and they need to look out for you despite yourself. What arrogance! What a disgusting display of partisan politics! All of these liberal judges were confirmed under a liberal governor that had zero regard for your best interest. You can change that by voting for James Brown. He is a common sense, conservative that will actually do his job of honoring our Constitution. That is not happening now, thanks to the liberals that think they know better than you.
