Nanci graduated from Westchester High School, Class of 1960. During her youth, she was a talented member of the Westchester Lariats Touring Dance Group. During her time with them, Nanci travelled all across the United States and Canada performing during the summer months in the late 50’s and 60’s.

In 1963, Nanci was married and had two children. Several years later she divorced and eventually met and married, James Roger, “Jim” Agee. They settled in Thousand Oaks, CA. in 1977.  Nanci was devoted to her family and was closely involved with all their activities.  She started a Latch Key Program for Meadows Elementary school in 1978, where her children attended.  She was also involved with and organized many fundraising operations and was the President of the local PTA for Westlake High School. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother and friend.

Her family was very close and created countless, wonderful memories together.

When Jim retired, they moved to the Bitterroot Valley in Montana, where Nanci began working as a realtor. She became a Broker in 1996 and purchased Prudential Ranch & Land in Hamilton the following year.

During her time in the Bitterroot Valley, Nanci was involved with several philanthropic groups, including her Sorority, Beta Sigma Phi Montana Lambda Master Chapter, and the Bitterroot Valley Elks #1651, where she was awarded Elk of the Year for 2019-2020.

Nanci was predeceased by her husband, Jim in 2016, her brother, Richard Lilburn and sister, Leslie Lilburn. Nanci is survived by her sons, Robert Peratis and his wife, Stacy; Scott Peratis and his wife, Shannon; Cole Agee; and daughter Amanda (Agee) Ziegler, and her husband, Larry; ten grandchildren: Alex Peratis, Amber McLaughlin, Angela Peratis, Zac Agee, Mason Agee, Natasha Ziegler-Boberg, Corrine Ziegler, Vicki Johnson, Emma Johnson, and Miles Peratis; four great grandchildren: Michelle Barrera, Ethan Barrera, Gabriel Peratis, and Lydia Agee; one brother, Stephen Lilburn, and two sisters, Lori Lilburn and her wife, Carrie Gregory, and Claire Antista.
