Stevensville – Robert “Scott” Pearson passed away at his home on July 8, 2022 at the age of 66.
Scott was born in Hamilton, MT. He went to Lone Rock School through the 8th grade and graduated from Stevensville High School.
As a child and teenager, Scott’s passion was Go-Cart racing and all things motorcycle. He was known for his quick wit, mischievous attitude, fearless nature, and his legendary strength. Working on a dairy farm and eventually owning his own, instilled in Scott a strong work ethic and a sense of pride only a farmer would know. He also worked at Selway Corporation in Stevensville with many friends new and old.
During some of the happiest years of his life he married Lerma Ravina and they were blessed with three wonderful children. Two of their own, Andrew and Christine (Chrissy) Pearson, and Lerma’s daughter Misiel completed their family. Scott was very proud of all three and loved them very much.
Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Robert “Bob” Pearson and Beverly Pearson and his sister Kathy Pearson Mavity. He is survived by his children, Andrew and Christine Pearson, Misiel (Henry) Hawkins and his sister Judy Pearson Gustafson along with many nieces and nephews.
He will be sorely missed by many. A gathering of friends and family in remembrance of Scott will be held later this year. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.whitesittfuneralhome.com.
