Ravalli County District 88 is at a cross road. Let’s STOP and pay attention. Election time is here. RINOS vs True Constitutional Americans are in battle. Oh how they differ! One, a shallow excuse for an American and the other the mirror of our Founders. We have seen the terrible mess that comes from compromise that RINOS bring to the table. America is on the brink of destruction because of them.
Like her husband before her, Sharon Greef is a RINO. Her voting record at www.legistatslegislatorloyalty.com is deplorable. To say she is a conservative is a joke. She is NOT a friend of our Founders, or Freedom or Liberty. She is NOT to be trusted. Her latest ruse on the public is her endorsement of Wayne Rusk for District 88 Representative. Rusk has no background in historical Constitutionalism and further has stated that he is AGAINST principles of nullification our great American Founders wrote into law. He has been mentored by RINO Greef and is himself one as evidenced by his associations.
You can tell the character of a man by the company he keeps. Wayne is being groomed by the Ravalli GOB. The Good Old Boy’s club. It should not come as a surprise that Wayne Rusk was arrested not only once, but TWICE for DUI where he created a very dangerous situation according to Troopers on the scene. He was also arrested for drug related offense. He did time in jail for these felonies he committed and just recently ended his time of probation. He says he’s rehabilitated. Are you kidding me?
Wayne Rusk is not eligible to drive a school bus. Would you want your child in a bus where he was the driver? Why then should he be given a pass to govern others when he can’t even keep himself out of jail? His mentor, Republican Rep. Sharon Greef, is proud. Instead of advising Rusk that his reckless actions are not evidence of hard earned integrity, she wholeheartedly supports him. A true RINO nursing a fledgling. What a scary thought!
Ravalli County District 88, you have two options. A highly respected Statesman well versed in American traditional values, having no criminal record, but a long history of steadfast integrity, adherence to the rule of law and our Constitution, … OR a Constitution hating felon who is not qualified to serve as a bus driver.

Mr. Rusk’s offenses were 10 years ago and those citizens with common sense believe in redemption. Mr. Rusk has paid his dues and proven he’s not the person of 10years ago.
Should we evaluate Mr. Kubiak’s history? Everyone has a past, it’s what you do to change and atone for your mistakes is what builds character.

I would say that is more of a trying to hide his past/criminal record from the public verses the fact he has a past/criminal record. He doesn’t go by his first name Vernon and he sealed 3 court cases from public eye.

Should we examine Mr. Lackey’s history? Something he’s never mentioned – identifying himself as “socially conservative” not a “Christian” or “Constitutional” conservative? Or how about, “ashamed” to be a life time member of the NRA? Openly campaigning against fossil fuels and campaigning to elect John Kerry in 2004? Do we trust someone who turns their back on their party and then, when convenient, suddenly presents himself as a “mirror of the Founding Fathers”? The Founding Fathers stuck by their principles so are we to expect Mr. Lackey to turn on the Republican Party if he gets angry again?
If you want to nitpick that someone doesn’t use their first name you’ll need to vilify a large population including: Ross Perot, Orson Welles, Sean Connery, Garth Brooks, and Dale Earnhardt, to name a few.
As far as criminal records “sealed”, the actual arrest is public record so there is no hiding from that and court records are sealed every day for multitudes of reasons.
