The North Valley Public Library Foundation board would like to thank the wonderful Bitterroot Valley community for your support of our annual fundraising golf tournament, Birdies for Books. This year’s event, on Aug. 14 at Whitetail Golf Course in Stevensville, raised more than $4,500 for the library. Eight teams competed in the event, which included a silent auction and luncheon.
We’re grateful to all those who participated, plus our generous hole sponsors: Ace Hardware, Farmers State Bank, Fireside Pizza & Sandwich, First Interstate Bank, Foothill Equipment Rentals Inc., Kutting Edge salon, Matthew Avionics, Schultz Construction, and Yaskus Family Dental.
In addition, the board appreciates those who gave items for the silent auction and special hole prizes: High Peaks Physical Therapy and Fitness Consultation, Jim Thomason, Sonny’s Performance Auto LLC, Hamilton Golf Club, Sun Mountain Sports, Montana Chocolates, Jen Tracy Massage, and Paul O’Bagy.
