Sometimes we fail to recognize positive services rendered by our county officials. It’s so easy to criticize; but, how often do we offer some praise or credit? I think it’s time to recognize the wonderful/professional way our Ravalli County Election Administrator and her dedicated crew handled the recent election. We are all witnessing the legal and procedural arguments stemming from the election. It is unfortunate, but the system must be allowed to proceed until there is resolution.
Regina Plettenberg and her crew managed to avoid any trace of error or dispute. This was no accident. It took dedicated and professional effort. Let us acknowledge their excellent performance of this vital democratic function! Again, well done, Regina!
