The Ravalli County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will conduct a Public Hearing to receive citizen comment on a Material Modification to move a property boundary between The Stock Farm Common Area B and The Golf Course Parcel A. The property is located in Sections 23, 24, 25 & 26 T6N, R20W, P.M.M., Ravalli County, Montana.The applicant is The Stock Farm Homeowners Association.
Information describing the proposal is available for inspection at the Planning Office, in the Administrative Center, 215 S. 4th Street, Suite F, Hamilton, MT 59840. The Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, June 30th, 2020, at 1:30 p.m., in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room at the Administrative Center. The public may comment verbally, or in writing, prior to or at the meeting. Comments and information submitted at the public meeting will be considered in the decision.
