The Hamilton Lady Broncs earned another Southwest A conference win with a 47-28 win over Frenchtown. The two teams were evenly matched but a well placed three point shot as the buzzer sounded to end the first quarter gave Hamilton the momentum for the win. Freshman Tayrn Searle hit the bucket from half court. Hamilton, even though they are young, matched up well against the Frenchtown team and held their scoring to only two points in the final frame of the game. Tough defense by the young Lady Broncs led to many traveling calls on Frenchtown as well. Underneath, freshman Layne Kearns created shots and pulled down rebounds to claim the paint as her own space. Kearns finished with 12 points in the win.
