The Hamilton Broncs slammed Whitefish, 41-0, and are still in a three-way tie for first place in the Southwest A conference. Carson Rostad completed passes for all six touchdowns. He completed 24 of 34 passes for 275 yards. Carson Rostad connected with his brother, Tyson, for a 22 yard touchdown pass and again for a 17 yard scoring pass. Carson also connected with Tucker Jones for two touchdowns, one from two yards out and the last one of the game from nine yards out. He also had a scoring pass to Mason Murray for nine yards and another to Jaiden Klemundt for 20 yards. Tyson Rostad kicked three of five PATs. Carson Rostad also rushed for 102 yards and a two point conversion. Landon Duce had 114 yards on 19 carries. Hamilton will take on the 6-1 Libby Loggers this Friday in Hamilton.
Corvallis fell to Columbia Falls, 49-7. Konner Provence caught a 34 yard from Mace Marshal in the fourth quarter for the lone Blue Devil TD. Stevensville lost to Polson, 6-0. Victor lost to Plains. Florence’s game against Red Lodge was cancelled.
Darby lost to Flint Creek (Drummond/Philipsburg) 50-28. Nelson Smith passed to Derik parks for a 56 yard touchdown. Smith had two scoring runs, one for one yard and another for five yards. The final Tiger TD was a 17 yard pass from Smith to his brother, Preston Smith.
