Pursuant to the Search Warrant, I searched:
1. A single family dwelling located at 6011/2 North 2nd Street in Hamilton, Montana.
The dwelling is the westernmost part of a single story house located on the northwest corner of Saranac and North 2nd Street in Hamilton . The house is light yellow in color with red tile roof. The numbers 6011/2 are posted to the left of the door on the south side of the house.
2. A single family dwelling located at 601 North 2nd Street in Hamilton, Montana. The dwelling is the easternmost part of a single story house located on the northwest corner of Saranac and North 2nd Street in Hamilton. The house is light yellow in color with a red tile roof. The numbers 601 are posted to the left of the door on the east side of the house.
3. The person of Theresa Rose Stone, a white female born on Februry 6, 1981. Stone stands 5 foot 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds .
4. The person of Philip Loofburrow, a white male born on August 25, 1975. Loofburrow stands approximately 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 205 pounds.
5. A blue 1999 Subaru Station Wagon with California license plate 4FWA677 registered to Philip Kent Loofburrow at an address of 1150 Railroad Flat Road in Rail Road Flat, California .
6. A black 1999 Honda CRV with Montana license 13-6018G, registered to Theresa R Stone at 601 1/2 North 2nd Street, Hamilton, Montana.
7. A red 1983 Ford F150 pickup, Montana license plate F2498 registered to Daniel Shane Starkey at 215 South Marshall Street, Darby, Montana.
