LEGAL NOTICE
The Ravalli County Board of Health (BOH) will conduct a SPECIAL public meeting to receive citizen comment on the Ravalli County Clean Indoor Air Act Enforcement Protocol, specifically to receive comment on the discussion with possible decision to keep or remove the following sections:
“Smoking” includes the use of an alternative smoking device
“Alternative smoking device” means a device for inhaling, nicotine or another substance in any form, including but not limited to aerosolized, vaporized, and heated materials, This term includes but is not limited to an e- cigarette, e- cigar, e- pipe, vape pen, or e- hookah.
A copy of the Ravalli County Clean Indoor Air Act Enforcement Protocol document is available for inspection at the Ravalli County Planning Department, in the Administrative Center, 215 S. 4th Street Suite F, Hamilton, MT 59840.
The Special Public Meeting will be held Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the Commissioners’ meeting room at the Administrative Center. The public may comment verbally, or in writing, at the meeting. Comments and information submitted at the special public meeting will be considered in the decision on said protocol.
