The wrestling season came to an end this weekend at the All Class tournament in Billings. In Class A, Sidney won the team championship with a total of 250 points. Hamilton finished 10th with 66 points. Stevensville was 17th with 20 points, and Corvallis was 18th with 17 points.
At 126 pounds, Hamilton’s Michael Golden defeated Keagan Campbell of Laurel in a forfeit for third place. At 138 pounds, Bridger Williams took third with a pin of Hunter Peterson of Ronan at the 1:50 mark. Kyle Anderson finished in fourth place at 205 pounds after losing to Sidney’s Sawyor Thorgerson.
Stevensville’s Kyler Pancake took fifth at 145 pounds after defeating Nathan Hader of Columbia Falls, 7-5.
Florence finished in ninth place with 80 points. Colstrip won the B/C title with 196 points. Jethro Thorn was the Falcon’s highest finisher. He took second after being pinned by MichaelWeber of Forsyth at 145 pounds . Avery Meinszen finished in fourth place after Trey Simanton of Malta took a 6-0 decision at 138 pounds. Dax Miller took fifth with a pin over Dylan Monroe of Valier at 170 pounds.
