The Lady Falcons of Florence improved their record to 14-1 with two wins over the weekend. After a slow beginning against Deer Lodge, Florence went on to win, 56-36. Florence held Deer Lodge to only four points in the final frame of the game. Makenna Liles and Danielle Zahn each had 16 points.

Zahn powered the Lady Falcons over Anaconda, 60-49. Florence struggled some in the first half but then went to town in the second half. After trailing by five points at the half, they bounced back for the win. Zahn had 21 points and Liles added 18 more.

Hamilton also improved their record to 15-1. The Lady Broncs defeated the Lady Broncs of Frenchtown, 39-30. Tough defense by Hamilton held Frenchtown to only 17 points through three quarters. Cariann Kunkel scored 15 points to lead Hamilton.

Corvallis picked up their second win of the week on Saturday with a 75-63 win over Whitefish. The Blue Devils defeated Stevensville earlier last week. Calla Haldorson and Hannah Martin each had 19 points for Corvallis.

Stevensville lost a close game to Dillon on Saturday. The Lady ‘Jackets took a one point lead into the half but Dillon came back to win, 45-43. Megan Pendergast had 14 points to lead Stevi. Haley Kampka and Kayla Schmiedeke each added 10 more.
