The Lady Broncs of Hamilton had a good opening game against Missoula Big Sky, claiming a 47-31 win. The Lady Broncs have a nice combination of speed and height. Tessa Della Silva, Kara Nye and Mallory McGill all have stamina and speed, having played soccer this fall. Tristy Searle, Cariann Kunkel and Lauren Ryter have the height to make a strong inside game. Kunkel finished with 16 and McGill had 10 in the win.

Florence has some size this year and shooters from inside and outside. Standout Danielle Zahn is back from an injury last year and will be a strong shooter from outside. Rylee Mangun brings athleticism and height and isn’t afraid to fight for the ball. Makenna Liles also is a scrappy player.
The Lady Falcons topped Eureka, 50 – 37. Mangun dropped in 17 points while Liles and Zahn added 10 each.
