Trap Release Workshops
Trapping is still a part of our public landscape. Dogs and other unintended species continue to be trapped, to suffer and to die. If a dog’s owner hopes to release their beloved companion from a trap, they may not be able to do so unless they have the knowledge of how to release the trap mechanism. In the interests of public safety and humane animal treatment, trap release workshops are being held at the following dates and locations:
• Sunday, November 26, 1-3 p.m. at St. Anthony’s Parish, 217 Tremont St., Missoula
• Sunday, December 3, 3:30-5:30 p.m., Humane Society of Western Montana, 5930 Highway 93, Missoula
The workshops are free, and no registration is necessary.
Gain the knowledge you need to keep your pet safe from traps.
