One has to wonder which is the bigger schizoid, Stamey or her attorney; as well as to question (opine) what she planned to do with the cash money and checks she had stashed all over the Treasurer’s Office. Could that money be what she claims (repeatedly) to be her legal property interest, as Ravalli County Treasurer, of which she was deprived, when “acting under the color of the law” in collusion with a host of other individuals, the Ravalli County Commissioners voted to suspend her from her position as Ravalli County Treasurer?
Equally puzzling is her claim that resulting from the defendants’ actions she incurred “loss of economic opportunities” worthy of $240,000 in punitive damages.
To satisfy my own curiosity, I went back through my own file to try to figure out why Ron Stoltz is not named among those whom she claims aspired and colluded against her, for fraudulent purposes. I noted, only, that when it became public knowledge that Stamey lacked the qualifications to perform the duties of Ravalli County Treasurer, when he, Suzy Foss and Jeff Burrows voted to hire her, he maintained a low profile until losing his bid for reelection.
Again, we are left to wonder if he, Stamey, and her possibly soon to be disbarred attorney will be adjoining ‘pimples’ on the rear ends of the members of the Republican Central Committee.
