NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stevensville Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 6th, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in Town Council Chambers at 206 Buck Street, Stevensville, Montana 59870 for the purpose of considering two (2) Petitions for Variance.
1) 514 Main Street, Kodiak Jax. Cody Omlid is requesting a variance to the parking requirements to allow for parking at Kodiak Jax be based on public seating versus square footage and a reduction of parking spaces from 24 to 20.
2) 501 Main Street, @ Home MT. Tom Hoffman and Barbara Eckert are requesting a variance from the hotel/motel definition of the C1 zoning requirements to allow rental of 4 sleeping rooms versus the required 6 sleeping rooms.
