2 positions – Temporary/seasonal work driving and operating farm machinery and performing manual tasks to plant, cultivate, harvest and store crops on a corn, sunflower, wheat, peas, durum crop farm, from 3/15/2017 to 11/30/2017 at Steven G. Bauer, Wilton, ND in Burleigh county. This job requires a minimum of six months of prior experience working on a corn, sunflower, wheat, peas and/or durum crop farm handling both manual and machine tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Saturday work required. Must be able to lift/carry 60 lbs. No minimum education or High School diploma/equivalent is necessary for the position. No smoking or use of tobacco products is allowed on company premises or in company-provided housing at any time. Insurable driver’s license required within 30 days following hire in order to drive company vehicles, including semi-trucks within a 150–mile radius of the farm. $13.79/hr or current applicable AEWR. Raise/bonus at employer discretion. Workers are guaranteed 3/4 of work hours of total period. Work tools, supplies, equipment supplied by employer without charge to worker. Housing with kitchen facilities provided at no cost to only those workers who are not reasonably able to return same day to their place of residence at time of recruitment.
