The Lady Pirates of Victor finished in third place at the District 13C tournament. Victor defeated Darby for third place and because they had not played second place finisher Clark Fork, earned the challenge game. They lost out to Clark Fork in Monday’s challenge game, 58-46. Clark Fork took an early lead and didn’t allow Victor back into the game. Victor did score 22 points in the final frame. Payton Tillotson scored 19 points to lead Victor. Other Victor scorers were: Ashlynn Harrington 10, Jamie Burdett 8, Madison Allred 5, Ashley Hopper 2 and Shelby Harberts 2. Victor finished their season with a 12-11 record.
In Saturday’s consolation game, Victor held off Darby for the 46-43 win behind the 17 points of Payton Tillotson. Although Victor took the lead early, Darby didn’t ease up and pressured the Lady Pirates the entire game. Darby was without Peyton Muir who was injured in the opening game of the tournament.

Victor opened against Valley Christian on Thursday and quickly built up a lead. The Lady Pirates went inside to Hailey Kay who finished with 10 points and Madison Allred who finished with 12 points. The outside game was led by Ashlynn Harrington who finished with eight points and Ashley Hopper who finished with six points. Jamie Burdett finished with four and Tillotson had six points. The final score was Victor 46, Valley Christian 36.
Victor then played Seeley-Swan in the semi finals. Seeley played a stifling defense and held Victor to only 19 points while scoring 61 themselves. Tillotson had 11 points.
Darby opened against Lincoln on Thursday. The Lady Tigers held the Lynx to only 12 points in the second half and went on to win, 48-31.

Darby advanced to play Clark Fork in the semi finals on Friday. Darby was unable to stop Kenzie Mueller who had 31 points for the Mountain Cats. Clark Fork went on to win, 54-33.

Darby topped Valley Christian in loser out action on Saturday morning, 55-43. Slanger had 16 points and Ehmann had 12 points to lead the Lady Tigers in the win.
