The Jug Beck Wrestling tournament held at Missoula Sentinel is one of the largest and most prestigious wrestling tournaments in the Northwest. Teams from eastern Washington, northern Idaho and Montana compete to be the best of the best. Kalispell won the team championship. Hamilton’s Justin Hinson won the championship at 205 pounds. He defeated Seth Jensen of Helena Capitol with an 8-2 decision. Hinson defeated Matt Gash-Gilder of Flathead in the semi finals.. Hamilton’s Manny Rivera finished fourth at 170 pounds.
Florence took part in the River City Duals in Post Falls, Idaho over the weekend.
