NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
THE FOLLOWING LEGALLY DESCRIBED TRUST PROPERTY TO BE SOLD FOR CASH AS TRUSTEE’S SALE. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned trustee will, on March 6, 2017, at the hour of 10:00 AM sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, the interest in the following described real property which the Grantor has or had power to convey at the time of execution by her of the said Deed of Trust, together with any interest which the Grantor her successors in interest acquired after the execution of said Deed of Trust, to satisfy the obligations thereby secured and the costs and expenses of sale, including reasonable charge by the Trustee, at the following place: At the North entrance of the County Courthouse, 205 Bedford, Hamilton, MT.

There presently is due on said obligation the principal sum of $238,198.85 plus interest at a rate of 7% totaling $244,594.33, late charges in the amount of $500.00, as of October 26, 2016, plus the costs of foreclosure, attorney’s fees, trustee’s fees, escrow closing fees, and other accruing costs.
The Beneficiary has elected, and does hereby elect, to sell the above-described property to satisfy the obligation referenced above. The Beneficiary declares that the Grantor is in default as described above and demands that the Trustee sell the property described above in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Notice.

BitterRoot Bus and MR TMA of Missoula is applying for our annual 5311 grant from the Montana Department of Transportation. Due to recently enacted federal legislation, BitterRoot Bus is required to develop a community Transportation Coordination Plan.
BitterRoot Bus and MR TMA is required to hold public hearings in order to give all citizens the opportunity to review and comment on the proposed plan. This is to notify all interested parties that BitterRoot Bus is applying for $128,781.00 under the Section 5311 Program for the Federal Transit Administration entitled “Financial Assistance for Other than Urbanized Areas,” administered by the Montana Department of Transportation. Funding will be used for operating expenses associated with providing transportation services to the general public within Ravalli County, Montana. BitterRoot Bus will also be receiving $18,643.00 in matching TransAde funding.
