The Stevensville Main Street Association would like to thank all of the participants in the Stevensville Scarecrow Festival for a great show! 35 entries this year and one very creative and useful entry on the side of the road calming traffic. The festival generated visitors all week long and it was very well attended. Thank you to all of the cookie bakers, volunteers that operated the voting booth, FFA group for setting the posts, Stevensville Mormon Youth elders, NW Energy for getting the power in, vote counters, judges, people who entered and endured the rainy weather as Living Statues downtown, the Bitterroot Star for hosting the Carved Pumpkin Contest, Metcalf Refuge for tables and our wonderful business sponsors. Special thanks to Ed Sutherlin, Maintenance Department, Town of Stevensville, for posting the highway signs and your fantastic flagman to slow traffic!
It was once again a safe, well attended family event!
