One potato, two potato, three potato, four… five potato, six potato, seven potato more! No, it’s not the old children’s nursery rhyme but the return of “Spuds-R-Us”, one of the newest non-profit food booths at this year’s Ravalli County Fair!
Every non-profit organization is constantly trying to find new fundraising ideas and “Spuds-R-Us” is the brainchild of four organizations: Corvallis Grange, Bitter Root Humane Association, Daly Mansion and Historic St. Mary’s Mission. These groups have come together to not only raise money but to bring a different taste treat to Ravalli County Fair’s food row.
Each day volunteers from one of the organizations will run the booth, and customers will be able to choose their fresh baked russet potato served naked, veggie style with broccoli in cheese sauce, topped with chili & cheese or loaded to the max at family friendly prices!
All proceeds from the food booth will help these organizations continue their great work here in our community and we thank everyone for their support! For more info call Michele at (406) 210-1375.
