THE USDA FOREST SERVICE IS SEEKING OFFICE, HANGAR, HELIPAD and RELATED SPACE TO LEASE at a FAA approved airport located in the Stevensville or Missoula area.
Delineated Area: Must be located at a FAA approved airport located in the Stevensville, Montana or Missoula, Montana area. Any site located in a 100-year floodplain will be excluded from consideration.
Description: 1,688 square feet of rentable office and related space, 2,500 square feet of rentable hangar space including space for hazardous materials storage, and 21 total parking spaces. The rentable square footage must yield approximately 1,350 square feet of ANSI/BOMA usable office and related space, 2,500 square feet of ANSI/BOMA usable hangar space, and 21 total parking spaces. The space must also include a 20’ x 20’ paved or concrete heli-pad with a 90’ safety circle for fire operations for the Lolo National Forest, Missoula National Helitack Base.
