Hamilton and Victor ended their seasons with a loss in first round playoff action. Hamilton took on Butte Central on Friday night in Butte. Hamilton’s Bret Huxtable had a 60-yard run for the Broncs. The Bridger Bauder kick was good and Hamilton had tied the game. But not for long. They scored once again in the second quarter when Alex Draper pushed through from one yard out. Bauder kicked the PAT. The game was close until the fourth quarter when Butte Central broke loose for 21 points and went on to win, 49-14.
Victor traveled to Twin Bridges for their first round playoff game. The Pirates’ lone touchdown was a 74-yard kickoff return by Riley Della Silva. Steven Scheffer passed to Colt Neville for the two-point conversion. The Pirates’ rushing game was shut down with their leading rusher, Jesse Pearson only gaining eight yards.
