Flavorful Burritos opened its doors to the public for the first time this week. It is located at 101 Church Street in Stevensville. Gus Daza-Obregon, chef and operator, birthed the idea of Flavorful and is excited to see the doors finally open to the people of the Bitterroot. You can see Gus in the kitchen and working with the rest of the staff behind the counter. Flavorful is a collaboration of hardworking individuals such as designers and chefs to bring the people of the valley fresh, locally grown and organic food options.
The idea of Flavorful is designed around the farmers and utilizing all of the products they offer while cutting down waste. Most of the food served at Flavorful is organic; what is not comes locally from Montana farmers. Valley farmers are utilized first, but Montana products come from as far as Billings to be used in the Flavorful kitchen.
Sustainability, local, organic and affordability are the main core values of Flavorful. Their goal is to bring a higher quality food and standard to the Valley to change the way people eat and provide them with a more flavorful way of life. The individuals who came together to create Flavorful recognized the need for healthier options in the valley and the sustainability movement happening all over the nation right now.
Flavorful is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Delivery options for Stevensville will start on November 16. The menu is all burritos built with the flavors you want and in a timely manner. Prices start at just $5 and all food is prepared fresh daily in the Flavorful kitchen. The chefs at Flavorful encourage the public to come try something different and put some flavor in your life.
Are you a farmer? Flavorful is always looking for locally grown products to feature in the restaurant. Stop in, check out the website, www.flavorful.us or give Flavorful a call, 777-7226.
