BUDGET AMENDMENT RESOLUTION
STEVENSVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT, RAVALLI COUNTY
At a regular meeting of the board of trustees of School District No.2, Ravalli County, Montana, held October 13, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. at the Music Center Choir Room, the following resolution was introduced:
WHEREAS, the trustees of School District No. 2, Ravalli County, Montana, have made a determination that as a result of an unanticipated enrollment increase, the district’s budget for the Elementary School general fund does not provide sufficient financing to properly maintain and support the district for the entire current school year and;
WHEREAS, the trustees have determined that an amendment to the Elementary School general fund budget in the amount of $54,886.00 is necessary under the provision of Section 20-9-161 (1), MCA; for the purpose of hiring additional staff and;
WHEREAS, the anticipated source of financing the budget amendment expenditures shall be the Elementary School general fund reserve/additional state assistance;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of School District No. 2, Ravalli County, Montana, proclaims a need for an amendment to the Elementary School general fund budget for fiscal year 2015-2016 in the amount of $ 54,886.00 under Section 20-9-161 (1), MCA, for the purpose identified above, and;

BitterRoot Bus and MR TMA of Missoula is applying for our annual 5311 grant from the Montana Department of Transportation. Due to recently enacted federal legislation, BitterRoot Bus is required to develop a community Transportation Coordination Plan.
