The Hamilton girls’ soccer team ran over Loyola, 9-1. Hamilton took 24 shots on goal. Tessa Della Silva scored first for Hamilton with an unassisted goal at six minutes. Four minutes later, Reilly Rostad scored the first of three goals. She also scored at 43 minutes and 4 minutes. Kendall Gordon scored had a hat trick as well, scoring at 23 minutes, 29 minutes and 52 minutes. Elise Striebel scored at 34 minutes and Baylie Duce scored at 50 minutes. Hamilton keeper Maddy Martin had five saves in the match. Hamilton is leading the South conference with a record of 8-1.
The Hamilton boys picked up their second win of the season with a 1-0 win over Loyola. Ethan Recht scored in the 64th minute. Hamilton had eight shots on goal while Loyola took seven. James Bess had two saves for Hamilton.
Stevensville defeated Bigfork, 7-1. Quade Renstrom had a hat trick for the ‘Jackets. He scored at 12 minutes off a Chris Brownlee assist. Renstrom converted a penalty kick into a goal at 30 minutes. His final goal was off a Camilo Aguierre assist at 32 minutes. Aguierre also assisted Chris Brownlee at 38 minutes for another ‘Jacket goal. Brownlee scored the final Stevensville goal at 71 minutes. Jake Finley scored an unassisted goal at 15 minutes and Nathan McFadden scored on a penalty kick at 65 minutes. Stevensville took 32 shots on goal while Bigfork only had five shots. Keeper Tristan Parson had three saves.
The Stevensville girls defeated Bigfork, 4-2. Jenna Cardenas scored the first two goals for Stevensville. The first came off an assist by Alli Emery at four minutes. Cardenas scored again at 16 minutes off a Sierra Leese assist. Leese hit Emery for the goal at 24 minutes. The two switched roles with Emery finding Leese for the goal at 67 minutes. Bigfork took 13 shots on goal and Stevensville had 10 shots. Evie Tiplady had 20 saves for the Yellowjackets.
