The Corvallis girls picked up their first win of the season with a 4-1 win over Polson. Corinne Sanderson scored two goals, both off assists from Hailey Mason. Zena Smith scored the first goal for the Blue Devils, again off an assist from Mason. Rebecca Weidkamp took a Sanderson assist into the net. Corvallis took 15 shots on goal while Polson had 28 shots on goal, however keeper Kira Doyle was on fire and had 18 saves.
Hamilton defeated Corvallis, 5-1, on Thursday. Kendal Gordon had three goals; Elise Striebel and Reilly Rostad each had one for the Broncs. Hamilton took 22 shots on goal and Maddy Martin had four saves. Corvallis’ lone goal was by Sanderson. Doyle had 17 saves.
Hamilton blasted Loyola, 13-0. Kendal Gordon, Olivia Zepeda, Reilly Rostad, and Tessa Della Silva had two goals each. Alivia Drake, Baylie Duce, BreAnn Duce and Striebel each scored one and Loyola scored one into the net for Hamilton. Hamilton took 19 shots while holding Loyola to only two shots. Laramie Schara had two saves.
Frenchtown topped Stevensville, 3-0. Evie Tiplady had 17 saves as keeper.
