Productive session, for some

April 7, 2015 by Guest Post

Oh, it has been a productive session! Some of the party planks from the last session, are drafted into Law, and will be approved by Governor Bullock. Some will be vetoed.
But come next session, with even more people in the big tent of Tea Party Central wing of the Montana Republican Party, and either of the two very fundable candidates for Governor (Fox//Gianforte), there will be bold new legislation.
Got to overcome SB 289 with new legislation! Dark money funds must be granted a sort of personhood, making the personage have a prior right to privacy, therefore dark money contributions to MT political campaigns are kind of inviolate, not subject to transparency or public scrutiny.
Check out Ravalli voting records on Montana SB 289. One site to go to would be James Conner’s Flathead Memo. Click on a little box on the right, at Flathead Memo page on SB 289. (Passed 51-49.)
Take another look at the dozens of Montana Senators and Representatives glad to vote with the Independents and new normal, the new Central Tea Party wing of the Republican Party!
